Advanced Use

Advanced Use
Scope and limitations
This page is descriptive and explanatory in nature. It does not replace the Ownership & Care guidelines and does not provide step-by-step instructions, safety guidance or technical procedures.

Advanced Use principles
A complementary system
Gearrista is designed to complement structured maintenance routines practiced by experienced riders. It does not replace inspection, component replacement or periodic deep cleaning.

Frequency between maintenance intervals
In advanced use scenarios, drivetrain wear often develops between planned maintenance intervals. Gearrista addresses this through frequent, low-impact dry operation after rides.

Controlled mechanical interaction
The system applies controlled, repeatable surface interaction, allowing surface particles to be displaced without altering component geometry.

Consistency over intervention
Advanced maintenance prioritizes consistency and predictability over intensive intervention. Gearrista is designed around repeatable operation rather than force or chemical action.

Indoor and structured environments
Gearrista is suitable for indoor and controlled environments where water and degreasers are impractical. This enables disciplined routines regardless of living conditions.

Clear boundaries
Gearrista does not perform inspection, measurement or fault diagnosis. Established maintenance practices remain essential.

User responsibility
Advanced use assumes familiarity with drivetrain maintenance principles. Correct use and consistent routine adherence are required to achieve the intended preventive effect. In advanced use, Gearrista functions as a preventive layer - reducing particle accumulation between maintenance interventions.

Relationship to warranty and intended use
Advanced Use does not constitute a separate use category and does not alter the definition of normal intended use as described in the Warranty. Advanced Use refers solely to the rider’s experience level and the consistency of maintenance routines. Warranty coverage remains subject to the conditions set out in the Warranty and Ownership & Care documents.
