Warranty Coverage
Gearrista is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use by a private end user.

 

Normal Intended Use
Normal intended use refers to use by a private consumer in a non-commercial setting. Use in workshops, commercial service environments, rental operations or professional teams is not considered normal intended use and is therefore not covered under this warranty.

 

What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects that affect the mechanical function of the system when used in accordance with the Ownership & Care guidelines.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Consumable components
- Cosmetic wear
- Damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper storage or operation outside the intended use.

 

Warranty Period
The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection law.

 

Wear Components
Brushes and other components are subject to controlled wear and considered consumable parts and are covered only for defects present at the time of delivery.

 

Proper Use Requirement
Warranty coverage requires that the system is used as intended and maintained according to the Ownership & Care guidelines.

 

Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer’s statutory rights under Danish law, including applicable EU directives as implemented in Denmark.

 

Claims Procedure
In the event of a potential warranty claim, the customer must contact Gearrista ApS at contact@gearrista.com. Proof of purchase and documentation of the issue may be required for assessment.

 

Governing Law
This warranty is governed by Danish law. Nothing in this warranty limits the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable Danish or EU legislation.
