Pre-order Conditions
Delivery
Estimated delivery time for pre-orders is approximately four (4) months from order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may be adjusted due to production scheduling, quality control procedures, or logistics factors. In case of significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, the customer will be notified without undue delay and offered the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Pre-Order Model
A pre-order constitutes a reservation of a product from the first production batch. Payment is authorized at checkout but is not completed at the time of placing the pre-order. Full payment is captured only when the product is dispatched to the customer. This pre-order model does not constitute crowdfunding. Production is initiated based on confirmed demand and executed in controlled production batches.
Cancellation Before Production
A pre-order may be cancelled at any time before production of the relevant batch has commenced.
Once production has commenced, the order becomes binding, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law. In case of significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, the customer will be offered the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal After Delivery
After delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. Details regarding returns and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Communication and Delivery Updates
If there are significant changes to the estimated delivery time, customers will be informed by email as soon as reasonably possible. Updates may include revised delivery timelines and production status.
Currency
All prices are stated in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise specified.
Legal Framework
These Pre-Order Conditions are governed by Danish law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this document limits the consumer’s statutory rights.
