The drivetrain rotates at low controlled speed from the first rotation. Stable movement allows particles to be removed evenly across the cassette and chain surface. No sudden load. No uncontrolled contact. Just controlled mechanical interaction from start to finish.
Contact is shaped around cassette spacing, chain movement and roller geometry, so Gearrista works in line with the drivetrain. Pressure is calibrated to remove surface particles without affecting metal surfaces or lubrication. The result is lower mechanical resistance and more consistent power transfer over time.
Designed by Danish engineers. The geometry is based on 3D scanning of chains, cassettes and drivetrain components across premium brands. The brush follows cassette spacing and chain movement within defined tolerances. Material and geometry balance firmness and flexibility. Firm enough to displace particles. Flexible enough to protect surfaces.
Contact is distributed across multiple interaction points, so no single abrasive load is introduced. This creates stable, consistent interaction with the drivetrain over time. Gearrista is built for long term use, where only the brush is replaced, typically after 8 to 12 months of regular use, allowing the system to continue operating as intended.
The system is not designed to strip the drivetrain of lubrication. Surface particles are displaced while the lubricant film between metal surfaces remains intact. By avoiding water and degreaser, the protective lubrication layer stays in place. Particles settle in the collection tray and are emptied as normal waste. Lower particle buildup helps the drivetrain run smoothly with stable efficiency over time.
Dry brushing removes surface particles from the chain and cassette without water or degreaser. Used after every ride, Gearrista helps keep your drivetrain running smoothly and consistently. The system is engineered for repeated use, maintaining the same controlled performance over time.
